Hello, I don't know about you, but, I love a cookie....I tend to go for the American style, quick and easy to make and you can flavour with whatever you happen to have in the cupboard...
This was a new recipe to me from the lovely Lucy at Attic24. You can find the recipe here
The only change I have made is to make it quicker and easier by putting all the ingredients in together and mix. Now, I have a super speedy mixer to do this for me, but, good old fashioned elbow grease will do the trick and tone your arms at the same time!!

Mmm.... scrummy!! Although I probably need to lay off cookies for the next year or so after all of the cakes, pavlovas and other puddings I've had with my family over the past few days! lol
